Account Executive

ypicalResponsibilities- oLeverage existing accounts and establish relationships at director and executive levels to develop projects based on totalcost of ownership using sound financial analysis (Simple Payback, NPV, IRR, etc.) oApply systems knowledge of HVAC, lighting, data centers, and other buildingsystemsfor purpose of integration and energy savings oLearn building automation lines that Albireo Energy Mid-Atlantic represents and communicate our value proposition to owner customers in the form of lunch-and-learns, formal presentations, and system demonstrations either alone or with technical resources oWith our energy services team, perform analysis of utility bills and identify opportunities for improvement based upon dollar per square foot and industry indexesoWork closely with operations and service departments to develop analytics packages for customers to include dashboards and value-based service agreements oSell service agreements to new customers and identify system enhancements and new projects oAssess clarify, and validats customer needs on an ongoing basisoMeet assigned expectations for profitability oCompletes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards KeyRequirements:oMechanicalEngineering Degree or equivalentwith industry experience oTech savvy with experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) oThorough knowledgeof building systemsoMinimum of five (3) years of sales experience in owner direct (business to business) oHas a robust network of clientsoExceptional written, oral communication and presentation skillsoAbility to multi-task and handlevarious prioritiesoPersonal computer proficiencyoData center and EPMS experience is a plus

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
