Treasury Manager

Kforce has a client seeking a Treasury Manager in Crofton, Maryland (MD).
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Preferred Certified Treasury Professional Certificate
Three to Five (3-5) years of experience in corporate treasury; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data
Comprehensive understanding of Financial Reporting
Knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment adhering to strict deadlines
Ability to maintain confidential information
Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply problem solving skills to complex financial scenarios
High level of aptitude with the ability to utilize advanced functionality of Microsoft Excel
Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) and various financial technology and reporting applications
Written and verbal communication skills to effectively address all levels within the organization
Ability to represent the company effectively in a variety of settings with a demonstrated understanding and appreciation for diverse cultures
Outstanding teamwork and project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business policies, procedures, equipment manuals, training materials, and corporate communications

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
