CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST
Job Description
Force 3 is currently seeking a Corporate Communications Specialist to join our team\! The Corporate Communications Specialist is responsible for managing \(and measuring\) all communications initiatives that elevate the Force 3 brand and help grow our business\.
The ideal candidate will be able to identify strategic campaign topics and write sophisticated, high quality content that supports and shapes Force 3?s brand and reputation as ?The Network Security Company,? with an emphasis on software and services offerings\. Analytical and strategic thinking is critical to reaching our target audiences across marketing channels and to defining and measuring program success\. This role will collaborate closely with engineering and sales teams to be the driving force for high\-quality, high\-impact content throughout the company\.

Job Responsibilities
As a Corporate Communications Specialist, this individual will lead the development and execution of content marketing plans, editorial calendars, and creation, distribution, and communication of various media types \(e\.g\. blogs, case studies, articles, news, sales collateral, web copy, email, presentations, and corporate documents\)\.
Your specific duties as a Corporate Communications Specialist will include:
?Develop and maintain editorial calendars in collaboration with our PR and Digital Marketing Agencies of Record and other marketing functions
?Create engaging content for a range of demand generation campaigns\. This includes writing, editing, transcribing, and/or syndicating the following: data sheets, whitepapers, use cases, blog posts, landing pages, podcasts, PowerPoint presentations, email copy, event invitations, video scripts, and more\.
?Management of our corporate thought leadership program in partnership with PR organization
?Own and drive a project schedules from start to finish, including managing lateral influence and cross\-functional collaboration
?Collaborate with various departments, including executive stakeholders, to ensure cohesive messaging and adherence to corporate brand guidelines\.
?Assist with internal communications
?Review and approve monthly social media editorial content calendar, working closely with the social media lead and regularly writing copy for multiple platforms
?Provide website copy support to the team by writing excerpts, headers, intros, etc\. with a keen focus on SEO optimization
?Ensure all content contributed is consistent in terms of style, brand messaging, quality, tone and optimized for search
?Stay current with industry/market news and developments, including conducting regular analysis of competitive content and PR strategies
?Analyze content performance and report quarterly program results
?Proactively bring new ideas and improved processes to the team for consideration\. Think differently and deliver excellence
Job Requirements
Specific qualifications for the Corporate Communications Specialist position include:
?Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or equivalent
?5\+ years of experience in a corporate marketing role serving B2B clients
?Prolific writer, capable of quickly creating high\-quality content
?Ability to understand and explain highly complex and technical concepts and information to a variety of audiences
?Strong project management skills, including the ability to ideate and oversee content in collaboration with our agency partners and subject matter experts\.
?Experienced writer who can explain complicated information in a concise, easily digestible manner
?Understanding of customer\-centric content marketing, with a strong focus on our clients? missions and challenges, coupled with the ability to write objectively
?Naturally creative, and passionate about creating responsive, disruptive, original and interesting content, coupled with high quality standards
?Experience working with third\-party agencies to develop strategy/planning, review and edit content, establish deadlines, etc\.
?Experience ghost\-writing and editing columns on behalf of SMEs for news and trade publications
?Strong editing skills, with experience editing and overseeing other writers
?Strong project management and verbal communication skills ? ability to multi\-task and prioritize
?High\-level understanding of how to write engaging content for various social media outlets
?Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation design
?Knowledge of basic design principles
?Quick learner with interest in and passion for technology
?Experience with the following tools/platforms is not required, but encouraged: Salesforce, marketing automation software, analytics tools \(i\.e\. GA\), CMS \(i\.e\. WordPress\)
?Must be exceptionally detail\-oriented and able to successfully manage multiple, concurrent project demands within established timelines
?Resourceful, self\-starter\. Sense of urgency and strong work ethic\. Excitement about realizing the potential in just about everything\. Pro\-active idea contributor and an engaged team player
?Writing samples requested
?Must be able to work M\-F 8:30am\-5:30pm and support the marketing team with after\-hours events on occasion

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
