Group and Event Dining Manager- Bonefish Grill

The Group & Event Dining Manager, as a member of the store management team, is responsible for developing marketing and sales strategies and initiatives to generate new private dining business. Requires outbound prospecting, presentations to clients, contract negotiations and closing deals (outside the restaurant). Requires a strong knowledge of the concept's food and beverage to ensure excellence in execution. Will be responsible for the planning, coordinating, supervising and execution of all functions and events ensuring a superior dining experience.

The Group & Event Dining Manager will also have responsibility to support, train and develop the Host/GSA team how to properly handle inquiries received about private dining events. It will be the responsibility of the GEDM to follow up on these leads.

Requirements:

High School Diploma, college degree preferred
Previous outside sales experience preferred
Strong working knowledge of the community trade area
Great customer relationship building skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and/or holidays
Must be legal to work in the United States
Minimum age 21 years
Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Professionalism in dealing with sensitive and confidential information
Organizational and critical thinking skills Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
