Call Center Representative

Actively seeking a Motivated and Customer focused Call Center Representative!
Call Center Representatives are responsible for responding to patient inquiries for appointments and updating patient information in our customized computer software. Our ideal candidate is well spoken, customer oriented, has the ability to effectively handle details and navigate through our windows based computer system. Previous call center experience is desired.

Minimum 1 - year customer service experience preferably in call center setting
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of the Nighttime Care Center
Communication skills:
excellent interpersonal skills, ability to read and ensure accuracy of paperwork; ability to respond effectively to all inquiries; ability to write using proper grammar, punctuation and spelling; ability to present information; bilingual skills preferred
Ability to deal with confidential information appropriately
Computer Skills:
ability to use word processing and database software, e-mail and Internet
Works under direct supervision


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
