ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (nothing in this job description restricts managements right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time):
Assess computer training needs by collecting information pertaining to work procedures, work flow and reports; understand job-specific functions and tasks.
Research and test systems to determine system utilization requirements.
Identify and develop training policies and procedures, manuals and tools.
Coordinate, schedule and conduct a variety of computer and software training classes for company employees, including new hires, as assigned.
Manage software rollout and employee training at the companys patient care locations and other offices, as assigned.
Establish and enforce organization standards to maintain the integrity of company software and resources.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training against specific objectives.
Attend approved educational sessions to gain and maintain technical knowledge.
Provide technical and troubleshooting support to employees with regard to the companys software systems.
Monitor training costs to adhere to department budget and prepare reports regarding same.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS (Education and/or Experience): The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and or ability required:
Excellent presentation and written communication skills
Prior training and training management skills
Technical acumen and leadership
Experience dealing with complex situations
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Previous experience working in a healthcare environment
Previous experience with electronic medical records
Evening and weekend shifts required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
