dba Marty Mows in Crofton, MD is seeking a Full Time Administrative Assistant to to actively support the day-to-day operations, help organize and oversee a busy family owned landscape company.
Various administrative duties to include typing estimates/bids, talking to and emailing customers.
Maintaining contract compliance in the areas of insurance certificates, ordering sales inventory and maintaining stock levels.
Maintain customer/contract files.
This person must have/be the following:
Strong problem-solving skills Reliable Customer Service oriented Work well with others and independently Self Starter Strong organizational skills Exceptional attention to detail Ability to multitask, prioritize and complete projects in a timely manner Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift 30 lbs.
Willingness to take initiative and accept responsibility for assigned tasks.
Experience with MS Office (proficient in Excel) and QuickBooks.
Ability to learn company-specific programs and software.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
