Interactive Touchscreen Solutions, Inc.
specializes in touchscreen directory, wayfinding, and digital signage systems throughout the country using innovative products and services.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years office experience.
Experience with NetSuite software is a plus.
Individual MUST have excellent oral and written communication, organizational and computer skills.
Experience with MS Word and MS Excel is required.
The primary responsibility of this individual is to work directly with the Controller to assist in entering Accounts Payable transactions and assist with the Accounts Receivable collections process.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent phone manner, the ability to work well with others and independently, and a keen attention to detail.
The following is a list of items that this individual with be responsible for, but not limited to, on a daily basis:
Process Accounts Payable Transactions Answer company phone line.
Assist in digitizing accounting files.
Collection assistance as needed.
Requesting Certificates of Insurance Management of multiple tasks is required.
A high level of organization and keen attention to detail is required.
Complete other responsibilities, as assigned.
Qualified candidates will be expected to provide their own means of transportation and to work 40 hours per week.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
