Recreation Coordinator

Job DescriptionThe Group Facilitator is responsible for facilitating group therapy at the outpatient level of care (PHP & IOP).
The Group Facilitator participates in de-escalation or crisis intervention when necessary.
The facilitator communicates pertinent information to the primary treatment team as needed.
Essential Job Functions:
Collaborates with Clinical Manager, Program Coordinator, Executive Director and other professional staff to help develop a comprehensive program of therapy, evaluation, and treatmentFacilitation of clinical groupsEnsure documentation timeframes follow state and payer requirementsAttends weekly treatment team or clinical meetingsServes as a liaison with multidisciplinary treatment teamParticipates in company training, webinars, and related meetingsKnowledge and adherence to HIPAA privacy rulesAny other job-related responsibilities as assigned by SupervisorOn call responsibilities as neededThis is a full-time position.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
